Tidhar (Darie) Ofek
Darie has been working with startups, investors, funds, and academic institutions for over 12 years, at leading law firms across the globe, including as a partner.
His expertise spans soup-to-nuts startup representation, strategic advisory, corporate finance, technology licensing, securities work and mergers and acquisitions work.
He graduated from Pomona College in Claremont, California with a double major in Mathematics and Political Science, and received his law degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. He is a member of the California, New York State and Israeli bar associations, and has numerous professional certifications, including a blockchain certificate from Consensys and an executive negotiations certificate from Harvard Law School.
He sits on the boards of numerous charities, including American Support for Israel and 2Hands2Employ.
When he isn’t building businesses with his clients, Darie loves spending time with his wife and 2 children, eating New York pizza, watching NBA basketball, running, and making up stories and music.
